Each organization connects its own Stripe account. When a customer completes a booking, Stripe processes the payment and automatically distributes the funds behind the scenes.

The customer completes their reservation, ticket purchase, or vendor booking through VendorStreet.
Stripe processes the payment
Stripe securely processes the transaction and automatically separates the applicable VendorStreet booking fee.
You get paid directly
Your booking revenue is paid into your connected Stripe account and deposited into your bank according to your Stripe payout schedule.
VendorStreet does not hold your booking revenue. Your organization receives its funds directly through its own Stripe account.
When will I get paid?
Payout timing is managed by Stripe and may vary based on your country, account history, bank, and selected payout schedule. Many established U.S. Stripe accounts are eligible for daily automatic payouts after funds become available. New Stripe accounts may experience a longer delay before their first payout while account verification is completed.
Eligible Stripe accounts may also have access to Instant Payouts for an additional Stripe fee.

Does VendorStreet take a percentage of my sales?
No. VendorStreet charges a flat booking fee rather than taking a percentage of your sale. Markets are $2 per booking, while Experiences and Venues are $1 per applicable booking.
How do I receive my money?
Each organization connects its own Stripe account. Stripe processes customer payments, distributes the applicable VendorStreet booking fee, and pays the remaining booking revenue directly to the organization’s Stripe account. VendorStreet does not hold the organization’s funds.
How quickly are funds deposited?
Payout timing is determined by Stripe and depends on the organization’s country, bank, account history, and payout settings. New accounts may have a longer initial payout period while Stripe completes verification. Established accounts may qualify for daily payouts or Instant Payouts where available.
Can I pass the booking fee to the customer?
Yes. Organizations may include the VendorStreet booking fee within their listed price or display it as a separate fee added during checkout.
Why is there an annual membership?
The $50 annual membership helps us maintain a trusted operator community and reduce spam, abandoned accounts, and fraudulent listings. It also includes unlimited team members, access to all VendorStreet solutions, platform updates, and email support.
When do I pay booking fees?
Booking fees are charged only when a booking is successfully completed through VendorStreet.
Are there setup or monthly fees?
No. There are no setup fees and no monthly platform subscription. Organizations pay the annual membership and the applicable fee for successful bookings.
Can pricing be customized?
Yes. Custom pricing may be available for nonprofits, municipalities, associations, multi-organization operators, and enterprise customers.
